Meet Ellie
Hello, and thank you for joining me.
As an RMT, it is my mission to support you by truly listening to your story to understand what is happening in your life, and body, so that I can tailor each treatment session to help you move, function and feel more at comfortable and at ease.
I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can deeply relax while receiving effective and personalised therapeutic care. My treatments can include massage and movement based therapies designed to address general aches and pains, soft tissue injuries and stress-related discomforts such as chronic headaches and persistent muscle tension.
I draw on a wide variety of massage techniques, including calming Swedish massage, slow deep tissue work, point specific pressure, and passive stretching, as well as breath work techniques to help soothe the nervous system and guided movement exercises that foster a holistic, whole-body approach to your healing and well being.
Outside of work, I can be found staying active and connected with nature through hiking, running and cold dips, or attending a hot yoga class. I also cherish quiet moments spent curled up with a good book or creating nourishing meals with my loved ones, all of which contribute to my overall sense of balance and wellness.
